Nubank in Mexico City is seeking a high-impact leader to own the Fraud Operations engine, spanning Internal and External Fraud, and to shift from reactive defense to proactive protection for millions of Nu customers.

You’ll manage a multi-layer team of managers and leads across internal and BPO sites, translating executive fraud objectives into roadmaps, operating models, governance, and performance systems that scale without compromising rigor.

Formación

• Proven experience leading operations as a manager of managers across teams or locations.
• Strong track record using data to manage performance at scale, including operational health and backlog governance.
• Hands-on experience managing outsourced/BPO operations with ramp and governance routines.
• Ability to design and evolve operating models with clear org design and roles.
• Strategic thinking with ability to dive into details to diagnose issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end operational strategy for Internal and External Fraud Operations, aligning both sides to one mission and roadmap.
• Design scalable operating models for investigations, disputes, chargebacks, identity security, and transaction fraud with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Lead a multi-layer organization of managers and leads with governance rhythms and performance coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, VOE, and data; champion AI- and automation-enabled ways of working.
• Own execution across core fraud journeys and strengthen control coverage while protecting investigative quality.
• Oversee backlog health across internal and external operations, prioritizing regulatory-critical cases.
• Partner with WFM, Content, Fraud Strategy, Product, and Analytics to ensure SLA and regulatory readiness.
• Represent Fraud Operations at executive forums, translating complex realities into clear priorities.
