The Wendy's Company is seeking a Manager of International Development to drive new restaurant development across the Latin America & Caribbean region by partnering with franchisees to meet opening targets and support long-term growth. You will guide market planning, site evaluation, and approvals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include delivering the development pipeline, supporting franchisees, leading market mapping, and coordinating cross-functional execution

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate real estate.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Wendy’s new restaurant development across the Latin America & Caribbean region, partnering with franchisees.
• Manage the development process from market planning to site approval submissions with cross-functional alignment.
• Deliver development pipeline and approvals through the CapCom process and track milestones.
• Support franchisees with market visits, calls, and business reviews to strengthen planning and project management.
• Lead market mapping and PTA analyses; collaborate to align with Development Agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional development execution with Construction, Design and Operations to meet targets.
• Travel approximately 40% and meet the education requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
