DiDi in Querétaro, México is seeking a Franchise Business Developer to architect growth by onboarding and scaling franchise partners who manage driver communities. You’ll act as a business consultant, helping partners grow from 0 to 100 while maintaining high operational standards.

The role emphasizes field work (about 90%), in-depth data analysis, and a strong local market presence to drive expansion and performance across the region.

Formación

• 4+ years in Business Development, KAM, or Sales.
• Experience with franchise or fleet/leasing contexts is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to manage a portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Actively prospect and close deals with new franchise partners.
• Lead growth of onboarded partners, optimize costs and recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end partner relationships with monthly reviews.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and advise partners.
• Spend 90% of time in the field building relationships in Querétaro.
