Bring IT is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own the client’s Financial Planning & Analysis function within its Finance BPO practice. You will drive forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and strategic decision support while partnering with the CFO in an embedded finance role for a U.S.

client. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, build advanced Power BI dashboards, and mentor at least one team member.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Power BI experience including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and experience presenting to executives.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join Bring IT's Finance BPO practice, supporting one of our strategic U.S. clients. This is a unique opportunity to become the owner of the client's Financial Planning & Analysis function while working directly with the CFO. As an embedded finance leader, you will drive forecasting, financial modeling, business analytics, executive reporting, and strategic decision support that influences key business decisions. What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain, improve, and evolve the organization's financial forecasting model.
• Build and enhance executive dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop executive‑level reports and financial presentations for leadership.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner directly with the CFO to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvements across reporting, planning, and analytics processes.
• Manage and develop one direct report.
• Ensure financial models remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Previous experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial models, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership.
• Experience leading or mentoring at least one team member.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Professional Services, Technology, SaaS, Consulting, or Tech Enablement industries.
• Experience supporting Private Equity‑backed organizations.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with executive reporting and KPI development.
