Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a Cockpit Analyst to translate reporting needs into Tableau solutions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve accuracy. Early-career professionals will collaborate with Finance teams to build scalable dashboards and ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, standard methodologies, and close interaction with Operating Units to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in finance, analytics, reporting, data, or related fields (incl. internships).
• Proficient with Tableau; able to use calculated fields, LODs, parameters, and dashboard actions.
• Practical, everyday use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Basic SQL: read queries, trace data origins and joins.
• Strong analytical judgment; verify numbers before publishing.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong learning appetite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operating Units and Functions to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
• Design and build financial dashboards in Tableau with drill-down capability using standardized frameworks.
• Continuously improve dashboards for usability, performance and consistency.
• Analyze how end-users actually consume data and adapt designs accordingly.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and alignment with FP&A standards.
• Use generative AI tools daily: drafting docs, generating and debugging calculations and SQL.
• Design and refine prompts for repeatable processes and measure output quality.
• Critically review AI output to catch hallucinations or errors before business use.
• Identify repetitive work and propose automation with the team.
• Contribute to AI validation and quality frameworks as they scale.
• Collaborate with S&T teams to translate business requirements into Cockpit designs.
• Support training and enablement of Cockpit users.
• Deliver high-priority tactical projects within the Digital Finance Cockpit team.
