Empresa Confidencial in Mexico seeks an experienced professional to manage end-to-end food service operations within a large-scale industrial setting, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient dining services for employees through strong supplier management and performance monitoring.

The role oversees external catering providers, budgets, and KPIs, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinates audits and executive reporting for internal stakeholders.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality or Tourism Management or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in corporate or industrial food services.
  • Experience overseeing outsourced catering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (NOM-251, Distintivo H).
  • Experience in budgets, cost management, and KPIs.
  • Advanced business English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end operation of employee dining facilities, cafeterias, food retail points, and vending services.
  • Oversee outsourced providers to ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and facility conditions in line with NOM-251 and Distintivo H.
  • Manage budgets, costs, KPIs, waste, and consumption for the dining program.
  • Address user feedback and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement new service concepts, menus, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare executive reports and coordinate audits and reviews.

An international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end food service operations within a large-scale industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient services through strong supplier management, performance monitoring, cost control, and continuous improvement of the employee dining experience.

The Opportunity
  • Lead the end-to-end operation of employee dining facilities, cafeterias, food retail points, and vending services within an industrial environment.
  • Manage and evaluate external service providers, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, contracts, operating standards, and improvement plans.
  • Oversee food quality, hygiene, food safety, and the condition of facilities and equipment.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, consumption, waste, and key performance indicators.
  • Assess user satisfaction, address complaints and operational incidents, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
  • Design and implement new service concepts, menus, campaigns, special events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate audits, operational reviews, and executive reporting for relevant internal stakeholders.
What You Bring?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality or Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience managing food services in corporate or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience overseeing outsourced operations and industrial catering providers.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, good manufacturing practices, NOM-251, Distintivo H, or equivalent standards.
  • Experience in budget control, cost management, operational KPIs, user satisfaction, and improvement plans.
  • Ability to resolve operational issues, influence diverse stakeholders, and communicate results at an executive level.
  • Advanced business English, required for effective interaction in an international environment.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
