Job summary

International Paper busca un Analista Financiero III para su operación en Veracruz. El rol implica registrar asientos contables, cierre mensual, facturación, control de inventarios y análisis de estados financieros, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas de la compañía.

Se requiere dominio de SAP, inglés intermedio y manejo de Office, atención a clientes y seguimiento a requisiciones y órdenes de compra abiertas. Se valorará experiencia en auditorías internas y externas y en control interno.

Qualifications

• Conocimientos en SAP, inglés intermedio y dominio de Office.
• Registro de asientos contables al cierre de mes y control de inventarios mensuales y anuales.
• Seguimiento a requisiciones y órdenes de compra abiertas, GRs sin compensar y atención a auditorías.

Responsibilities

• Garantizar el registro oportuno de asientos contables y cierres mensuales.
• Análisis de estados financieros y cumplimiento de políticas.
• Gestión de inventarios mensuales y anuales.
• Seguimiento a requisiciones y órdenes de compra abiertas.
• Atención a auditorías internas y externas.
• Control interno y de vehículos utilitarios.
• Captura de información BANXICO e INEGI mensualmente.
• Facturación y procesos relacionados (FarmOuts).

Garantizar el registro oportuno de los asientos contables, ingreso y egreso cada mes, facturación, inventarios, análisis de estados financieros; así como asegurar el correcto cumplimiento a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la compañía para el cumplimiento de los resultados.
