Lyft is seeking a motivated Specialist to join our Finance Transformation Team. In this hands-on role, you will analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and drive automation with ERP enhancements, RPA, and modern tools to improve scalability and accuracy.

You will partner with Finance and Tech, document workflows, measure KPIs, and help train teams on new processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/finance or transformation, strong Excel/Sheets skills, familiarity

Formación

• 2+ years of accounting, finance, or transformation-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Workflow Enhancement & Automation: streamline and automate processes using ERP enhancements, integration platforms, RPA, or AI-powered tools to drive scalability and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, Tech, and other teams to implement transformation projects; support training and change management.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: document current-state finance workflows and design future-state processes.
• Performance Measurement & Insights: define and track KPIs and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Technology & Tool Effectiveness: evaluate finance systems and tools to ensure data visibility and efficient operations.
