Job summary

Accenture PLC is expanding its Finance Reinvention practice within the Global Network. The team partners with CFOs to design and implement finance transformations across markets, industries and geographies, delivering value-driven, digitally enabled enterprises.

As part of Finance Reinvention, you will drive the transformation agenda, design future-state finance processes, and collaborate with Technology and Operations to deliver solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting or advisory.
• Understanding of core Finance functions (Accounts Payable, Receivable, Treasury, General Accounting, etc.).
• Knowledge of end-to-end process logic (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
• Interest in AI and emerging finance tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Execute current-state assessments and help design future finance processes aligned to objectives.
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Analyze financial data to generate insights and support decisions.
• Support project delivery: documentation, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Assist in managing process transitions and knowledge transfers.
• Support business development activities (RFP responses, proposals, pitches).
