Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and forecast outcomes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accrual methods.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and ERP systems such as Oracle or Anaplan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to assess performance, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the weekly Actuals vs. Forecast process and update projections for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to connect financial outcomes with business levers.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency through automation.
• Deliver clear insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting with Accounting and Data teams.
• Support continuous improvement across FP&A systems and processes.
• Collaborate on month-end and quarter-end processes.
