CBRE is seeking a Finance Sr Analyst to prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for a diverse portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. You will handle journal entries, accounts receivable, and invoicing, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

The role requires up to 5 years of experience, a finance-related degree, and bilingual Spanish/English. The position is based in Monterrey with a primarily remote work arrangement and monthly in-person attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.
• Manage journal entries and full-cycle transactions including expenses and receipts.
• Handle accounts receivable and invoicing aligned with PO line items.
• Resolve accounting inquiries and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

About The Role

As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

We are seeking: Finance Sr Analyst

As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What you’ll do

• Financial Reporting & Journal Entries: Prepared intermediate to advanced accounting packages and accurately posted full-cycle transactions (expenses, receipts, distributions).
• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing: Managed timely payment applications and generated precise invoices aligned with PO line items.
• Client & Issue Resolution: Resolved complex accounting inquiries from management and clients, proactively applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Process Compliance & Metrics: Maintained performance benchmarks and met strict deadlines working under standardized practices and RISE values.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred studies related in finance, accounting, or administration

Up to 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Problem Solving: Ability to understand standards and use technical experience to analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Software Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (People soft – Coupa – PO System)
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive, analytical mindset.
• Bilingual Spanish/English. The position will report to the US
