CBRE Group, Inc. in Monterrey, MX seeks a Finance Sr Analyst to apply advanced accounting fundamentals and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

This role supports financial strategy and operations with responsibilities across journal entries, AR/invoicing, and client issue resolution. The ideal candidate has up to 5 years of experience, a finance/accounting/administration background, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in finance, accounting, or administration; up to 5 years of experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with PeopleSoft, Coupa, and PO System.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Reporting & Journal Entries: prepared intermediate to advanced accounting packages and posted full-cycle transactions.
• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing: managed timely payment applications and generated invoices aligned with PO line items.
• Client & Issue Resolution: resolved complex accounting inquiries from management and clients, applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Process Compliance & Metrics: maintained performance benchmarks and met deadlines using standardized practices and RISE values.

**We are seeking: Finance Sr Analyst**About the role:As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.What you ́ll do• Financial Reporting & Journal Entries: Prepared intermediate to advanced accounting packages and accurately posted full-cycle transactions (expenses, receipts, distributions).• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing: Managed timely payment applications and generated precise invoices aligned with PO line items.• Client & Issue Resolution: Resolved complex accounting inquiries from management and clients, proactively applying corrective actions to mitigate risks.• Process Compliance & Metrics: Maintained performance benchmarks and met strict deadlines working under standardized practices and RISE values.What you ́ll need• Bachelor's Degree preferred studies related in finance, accounting, or administrationUp to 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.• Problem Solving: Ability to understand standards and use technical experience to analyze and solve moderately complex problems.• Software Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (People soft – Coupa – PO System)• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive, analytical mindset.• Bilingual Spanish/English.
