CBRE Monterrey is seeking a Finance Analyst to support US and Canada financial reporting, applying cash and accrual accounting fundamentals for a portfolio of clients and properties.

You will contribute to the Financial Strategy and Operations function, maintaining accounting policies and controls. The role includes in-person monthly attendance and a largely work-from-home schedule, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.
• Nice to have experience: PeopleSoft – Coupa – PO System.

About The Role

As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will report to the US to collaborate in the US and Canada to apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

About The Role

As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will report to the US to collaborate in the US and Canada to apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What do you need?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Nice to have experience: People soft – Coupa – PO System.
