Finance Program Manager position at 300 Flextronics Manufacturing Mex, Sa De Cv. in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will lead a portfolio of high-value projects, align strategic goals with financial performance, and drive data-driven decision making across Finance, Operations and Leadership.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced financial modeling, and international travel to optimize ROI and maximize business value.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Electronics Industry.
• Strong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
• Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
• Advanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.

• Translate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
• Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Finance Program Manager leader with a strong foundation in data analytics and financial management to drive strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decision‑making across the organization. Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution — it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.

You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.

What a typical day looks like:
