DXN Mexico SA de CV is seeking an accounting and finance professional with a strategic vision to manage key processes and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting for a multinational with Malaysia headquarters.

You will lead financial control, audits, budgeting, and continuous improvement, coordinating with regional teams and traveling abroad as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in public or audit firms, advanced English, and proficiency with Oracle/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial/accounting, preferably in public companies or Big Four.
• Advanced IFRS knowledge; ERP proficiency; English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Organize and control all accounting and financial processes; prepare monthly financial results.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of sales, purchases, expenses, and taxes; manage audits.
• Develop internal controls, budgeting/tax planning, and risk management; supervise team members.
