Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. busca un líder de finanzas para operar en México, supervisando contabilidad, cuentas por cobrar/pagar, tesorería y reporting financiero, asegurando cierre mensual y anual bajo IFRS/US GAAP.

Será un socio estratégico para la dirección, desarrollará al equipo, impulsará la automatización y controles internos, y coordinará con stakeholders regionales e internacionales para apoyar decisiones clave.

Qualifications

• Se requiere formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia sólida liderando finanzas en empresas internacionales y reportando bajo IFRS/US GAAP.
• Capacidad de planificar presupuestos, forecasting y análisis financiero.
• Excel, Power BI y ERPs avanzados; colaboración con equipos regionales.

Responsabilités

• Liderar operaciones financieras en México: contabilidad, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, tesorería y reporting.
• Supervisar los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, asegurando integridad de la información financiera.
• Dirigir presupuesto, forecast y análisis para apoyar decisiones de negocio.
• Preparar y presentar estados financieros y KPIs a la alta dirección y stakeholders corporativos.
• Garantizar cumplimiento tributario, regulatorio y de auditorías internas/externas.
• Fortalecer controles internos y políticas financieras.

• Lead the finance operations in Mexico, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring the integrity of financial information in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial statements, corporate reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as manage internal and external audits.
• Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial best practices.
• Develop and lead the Finance team, fostering a high-performance environment and continuous improvement mindset.
• Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local, regional, and international stakeholders.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.

Perfil buscado

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced conversational English (required).
• More than 8 years of progressive experience leading Finance and Accounting functions within international companies reporting under IFRS or US GAAP standards.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Experience collaborating with regional and international teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
