HP, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst - Finance to lead critical financial initiatives across global sub-functions. You will analyze, report, and reconcile financial results, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements aligned with organizational strategy.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and controls, with CPA or CFA preferred. You will interact with senior leaders to influence long-term planning and ROI decisions, contributing to enterprise-wide success.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.
• Supports the business in ensuring capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest ROI for the global company.
• Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a deep understanding of the business to achieve objectives.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
• Drives process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
• Provides information and counsel in controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of overall business plans and strategies.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Acts as an expert, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.
