TPI Composites Inc invites a Lead Analyst, IT to support the finance application portfolio centered on Oracle EBS and EPM. This hands-on role gathers requirements, configures and tests solutions, and provides production support across strategic projects, enhancements, and integrations.

You will partner with finance stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to translate business processes into system solutions, act as SME for finance apps, and guide junior analysts and contractors through

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise finance applications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP software, including EBS; EPM experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and delivering system enhancements or projects from design through go-live.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders; translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and test solutions within Oracle EBS and related finance applications (e.g., EPM), including enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
• Provide production support and maintain SDLC for assigned projects from design to go-live and stabilization.
