TPI Composites is seeking a Lead Analyst, IT to own the requirements, configuration, testing, and production support of the Oracle EBS and related finance systems. The role partners with finance stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to translate processes into effective solutions.

You will guide analysts or contractors on workstreams, drive process improvements, and help ensure compliance and quality across deployments.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise finance applications.
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP software, including EBS; EPM experience a plus.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering system enhancements or projects from design through go-live.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• High personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders; translate into specifications.
• Design, configure, and test solutions within Oracle EBS and related finance apps, including enhancements and integrations.
• Support the full SDLC for assigned projects from design through testing, deployment, and go-live stabilization.
• Partner with technical resources to ensure solutions meet specifications and validation against requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials to support deployments.
