• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Fluent orAdvanced English communication with U.S.-based clients.
• Hands-on design and implementation of Financial ERP/EPM solutions (Oracle/SAP/Workday).
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes (GAAP/IFRS, FP&A, Cost Accounting).
• Experience working with manufacturing finance environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver finance and accounting transformation projects from vision to implementation.
• Develop target operating models, future-state designs, and deployment strategies.
• Participate in design and implementation of Financial ERP and EPM solutions.
• Apply finance knowledge to technology-enabled transformations.
• Analyze current finance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support creation of business cases and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business requirements into transformation and technology solutions.
• Support end-user training and adoption and develop communication strategies.
