Gates Corporation seeks an App. Dev. Analyst IT – Oracle EBS (Finance) to provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle R12 Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, SLA, PA) and related processes such as O2C, P2P, and Q2O.

You will support production, drive process improvements, and deliver custom developments with documentation. The role requires hands-on configuration, multiple project involvement, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and planning teams.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Graduate in Business, Finance or Computer Science; Master’s desirable.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementations with hands-on configuration, implementation and support in manufacturing.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, FA) with cross-functional knowledge of OM and Inventory.
• Experience with inbound interfaces (AP Invoice, AR Invoice, GL Interface).
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and PL/SQL development; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Production support (technical and functional) for Oracle R12 Finance and related modules.
• Provide technical support to resolve Finance issues; manage Oracle service requests.
• Support development activities for process improvements and migrate solutions to production.
• Create technical and functional documentation (BR100, design documents) for custom objects.
• Provide analysis, problem resolution, and improvement plans for finance applications.
• Support gap-analysis and work with business/functional teams to enhance AP, AR, GL, PA, SLA, FA modules.
