EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the TCO Agent Platform, acting as the critical liaison between cloud finance, accounting, and AI-driven cost oversight.

You will lead month-end close cycles, verify automated JEs, track cloud billing, perform cost allocations, and ensure SOX-adjacent controls are upheld across multiple cloud vendors. Collaboration with FinOps leadership and platform owners will be essential to drive accurate cost attribution and timely financial

Formación

• Bachelor’s and Master’s-level education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable area of study.
• No fewer than five years of relevant, hands-on background in Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, FinOps, or Technology Business Management.
• At least one year in a leadership capacity managing teams.
• Strong command of general ledger practices, cost center allocations, month-end closing, credit amortization, and SOX or similar standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with Platform Owners, Accountants, FinOps leadership, and Engineering staff.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages like Java or Python is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Examine and authorize batches of draft journal entries produced by automated systems, matched by company code, G/L account, and cost center.
• Match raw billing figures against cloud vendor invoices and apply amortization schedules for credits.
• Administer allocation methodologies across 40+ cost centers and implement re-classification directives.
• Collaborate on quarterly re-forecasting at the org-space tier to refine growth projections.
• Compare actual cloud usage costs against AWS/GCP commitments and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Cross-check journal entries and cost centers against legacy and new reporting systems.
