IBM in Guadalajara is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis analyst to join a growing finance team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, capex, and financial reporting within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 1.5–3 years FP&A and accounting experience, solid Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to work independently and with colleagues to meet tight deadlines, with English proficiency.

Formación

• 1.5–3 years FP&A and accounting experience.
• Foundational GAAP knowledge and tax basics.
• Proficient with Excel and database tools.

Responsabilidades

• Download, upload, and validate financial data across systems.
• Set up SAP templates and perform system maintenance.
• Develop financial reporting and support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing.
• Conduct data analyses to support reviews and decisions.
• Contribute to budgeting, capex planning, and long-term strategy.
• Prepare journal entries in line with accounting policies.
• Perform capex and depreciation calculations and gather data from stakeholders.
