Pacifica Continental in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Accounting Controller Manager to lead the monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes across multiple entities. You will oversee reconciliations, guide M&A accounting, coordinate year-end audit, and ensure IFRS and NIF compliance within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on consolidation experience across multi-entity structures, proficient ERP implementation knowledge, and advanced English.

• Hands-on consolidation experience across complex multi-entity structures.
• Experience with fast-paced acquisitions and business combinations.
• Experience implementing accounting policies.
• ERP implementation experience.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor monthly, quarterly and year-end close with all Mexico entities.
• Review accounts reconciliations and reports from accounting team.
• Guide accounting treatment for M&A activities.
• Coordinate year-end audit and financial statements preparation.
• Oversee accounting operations of subsidiary entities and control systems.
• Work with ERP implementation team to ensure proper setup.
• Manage day-to-day accounting for Mexican entities.
• Ensure IFRS and NIF compliance.

A Logistic company of high-quality refrigerated storage is looking for an Accounting Controller Manager to join their Team at Monterrey, Mexico.

Requerments:

• Responsible for monitoring monthly, quarter and year end close process with all legal entities in Mexico, guaranteeing process is concluded on time and compliant with corporate instructions (proper accounts classification according to corporate chart of accounts, compliance with accounting policies, etc);
• Review all accounts reconciliation and reports from accounting team;
• Guide the team on proper accounting treatment for M&A/Business combination activities;
• Coordinate year audit process, including Financial statements preparation;
• Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction
• processing operations, and policies and procedures
• Work close to ERP implementation team to guarantee proper accounting set up for financials modules;
• Manage day by day accounting for Meixcos' legal entities either done by outsourced functions or internally
• Garanteeing compliance with IFRS and NIF

Skills/experience required:

• Hands-on experience with consolidated reporting in complex legal entity organizations structure (include multiple entities in different countries and recurring business combination activities);
• Experience with fast pacing environment of multiple acquisitions (M&A)
• Experience with accounting policies implementation
• Experience on ERP implementation
• Fluent English (MUST B2 - B2+ - C1)
