Paylocity is seeking a Finance Controller for Mexico to oversee core accounting, month-end close, general ledger, internal controls, and tax compliance. You will collaborate with US teams and external providers to ensure accurate subsidiary books and timely reporting.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, manage intercompany transactions, and support SEC reporting readiness for the parent company. Fluent English/Spanish is required to liaise with local staff and US leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Contador Publico Certificado license required.
• 7+ years accounting experience, Big 4/public company a plus.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with Mexican GAAP and US parent interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Lead Mexico accounting team and oversee payroll/VAT/intercompany.
• Coordinate vendor bills and employee expenses to GL.
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory filings in Mexico.
• Support US corporate accounting and tax teams.
