The Finance Manager, based in Mexico City, will lead the Mexico Centre of Excellence reporting to the Group Financial Controller in London. This role oversees transactional finance operations across the USA and Mexico, including payroll accounting, statutory reporting and tax compliance for the Mexico entity.

You'll lead a small team, work with external advisors and the Group Finance team to ensure robust controls, accuracy and efficiency of processes, and to drive continuous improvement across

Formación

• Experience leading AP, payroll and cash management processes.
• Strong understanding of local GAAP and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and intercompany stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop AP and Cashbook team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee supplier invoices, expense claims, and control payments.
• Coordinate payroll, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and tax compliance for Mexico.
• Interface with external accountants and tax advisors.
