• :Experience supporting monthly MI/reporting cycles (actuals/forecast), producing leadership-ready analysis and pack components.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly financial forecasting and actuals reporting.
• Support workforce planning and governance processes.
• Prepare management information for data-driven decisions.
• Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses and management reports.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies and remediation actions.
• Monitor indirect costs and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate regulatory approval processes in Mexico.
• Monitor compliance with migration policies and service delivery standards.
• Prepare materials for governance committees, dashboards and executive updates.
• Track requests, owners, decision dates and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Transformation, portfolio management and external supplier teams.
• Strengthen coordination and consistent ways of working across Finance teams in the Americas.
