Responsabilidades

• Act as relationship manager to Support areas, Business Services, Global Functions, Lines of Business and DBS functions at Local, Regional and Global level.
• Drive Business Service Strategic initiatives including innovation and strategy.
• Provide expertise to follow, oversight, explain, present and support Operations Delivery and Strategy areas such as Finance, Billing, MI and metrics, Risk, HR, Governance and Documentation.
• Ensure Business Service Governance is supported and executed properly.
• Support the Head of the region with ad-hoc requirements.
