Job summary

Wella Company seeks a Finance Analyst at the Wella Mariscala Plant in Guanajuato, México. You will support monthly close, reporting, and financial controls, collaborating with local teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires SAP proficiency, journal entry processing, budgeting/forecasting support, and close coordination with the Global Process Owner and SSC. English fluency, strong analytical skills, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and controlling functions.
• Experience in multinational and multi-cultural organizations.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax principles; SAP experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly and year-end closing.
• Oversee balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheet variances; provide insights to the Controller.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes; invoice validation and payment tracking.
• Support local teams in subsidiaries to drive harmonization and best practices with the Global Process Owner and SSC.
