Wella Company seeks a Finance professional to strengthen reporting and financial controls in our global organization. You will participate in monthly closings, analyze results, and support tax and audit processes while partnering with SSC and local teams.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOX and internal controls, plus collaboration across cultures and functions. Fluency in English and SAP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Public Accountant or similar degree and professional standing.
• 3 years of progressive accounting and controlling experience in multinational settings.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Mexican tax principles and regulations; SAP experience.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and drive compliance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance operational and strategic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly and year-end closing.
• Oversee reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheet variances.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes and payment tracking.
• Support subsidiaries to harmonize practices with Global Process Owner and SSC.
