Job summary

Wella Mexico is seeking a Finance professional to strengthen reporting, control, and financial processes in Puebla. The role supports monthly closings, reconciliations, and variance analyses, providing insights to the Controller and partnering with local teams to align with global standards.

The candidate will assist with external reporting, VAT and tax filings, and internal controls, while leveraging SAP and HFM for data integrity and timely packages for senior management.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting/controlling experience in a multinational setting.
• Degree in accounting or finance and professional qualification where applicable.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly and year-end closing.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on items.
• Review monthly P&L and balance sheet variances with insights.
• Support AP/AR processes, invoice validation and payment tracking.
• Assist local subsidiaries to harmonize practices with Global processes.
