Würth Elektronik Group is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional in Mexico to strengthen financial reporting and general ledger activities within a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role emphasizes process improvements, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring a BA/BS in accounting or finance, 4+ years of experience, and advanced Excel skills.

ERP experience with Epicor and knowledge of GAAP/IFRS are highly valued as part of a robust accounting toolkit.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a strong plus).
• Payroll experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Canadian Accounting Principles a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and adjustments.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance accounting policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Support optimization of financial systems and tools.
