CBRE Group, Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Finance Analyst to collaborate with US/Canada teams, applying basic cash and accrual accounting to prepare, analyze, and report financials for client portfolios and properties.

The role supports financial strategy and operations, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and governance within a multinational real estate services leader. Hybrid work with monthly in-person attendance, permanent contract, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Nice to have experience: PeopleSoft – Coupa – PO System.

We are seeking: Finance AnalystLocation Monterrey | Mexico CityAbout the role:As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will report to the US to collaborate in the US and Canada to apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.What do you need?Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
