CBRE Group, Inc. in Monterrey seeks a Finance Analyst to join the team and collaborate with US and Canada to apply cash and accrual accounting fundamentals, preparing and delivering accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

The role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function, focusing on maintaining accounting policies and controls, with in-person attendance required once a month and work-from-home flexibility most days.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

We are seeking: Finance Analyst

Location Monterrey | Mexico City

About the role:

As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will report to the US to collaborate in the US and Canada to apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What do you need?

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Nice to have experience: People soft – Coupa – PO System.
