The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Manager of Finance AI Architecture responsible for deploying and scaling AI tools across the Finance organization from the Antara Tower A in Mexico City.

You will lead deployment engineering, enablement, and change management, mentoring one Senior Analyst and coordinating with IT, Security, and Internal Audit to ensure SOX governance. Strong data engineering and AI deployment background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management.
• Experience deploying or scaling AI/ML or analytics tools to business users.
• Experience managing deployment pipelines, release processes, or MLOps in an enterprise.
• Able to translate between technical teams and finance business users.
• Knowledge of data governance and SOX-regulated finance environments.

Responsabilités

• Own deployment pipeline for Finance AI agents and tools across pillars.
• Build and own Finance AI enablement layer with guides and training content.
• Manage intake and release process for deployment requests.
• Maintain Finance AI knowledge base and documentation.
• Track adoption metrics and report to Architecture Lead and pillar teams.
• Support change management and adoption blockers with targeted interventions.
• Develop and mentor Senior Analyst.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and Internal Audit on deployment governance.
