Nuvnext in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking an in-person Finance role to manage day-to-day finances including collections, invoicing, payments, and month-end close.

You will work alongside a finance agent, review proposals for sign-off, and prepare partner reports. Requirements emphasize a finance/accounting degree (even near completion), strict accuracy, CFDI invoicing, and confidentiality. Nice-to-have: Excel/SQL experience.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance degree finished or nearly finished.
• Order and zero tolerance for numbers that don't add up.
• Mexican electronic invoicing (CFDI).
• Confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Run collections, invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and close the month.
• Review and sign what the finance agent proposes.
• Prepare reports for the partners.
