Palo IT is seeking an Administrative and Financial Intern to support the finance team with tax documentation, invoicing, and cash-flow reporting. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting processes while working across administrative tasks in a global tech environment.

The role targets final-year students in Accounting, Finance, or Administration who are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office. English skills helpful; HubSpot familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Final-year student in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
• Strong interest in Finance, Administration and Management Control.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking.
• Proactive, responsible and confidential.
• Intermediate Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital tools and web platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fiscal administration compliance and tax document archiving.
• Generate invoices using internal platforms and ensure timely submission.
• Update payment files and prepare monthly team cash-flow reports.
• Provide operational support and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in accounts receivable collections and payment supplements.
• Organize documentation for audits and reviews.
