Roche Diagnostics Mexico is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot high‑complexity tissue diagnostic instruments across top‑tier medical centres. You will install, calibrate and service equipment to ensure uninterrupted patient diagnoses.

Join a global team, participate in international training programs, and collaborate with Application Specialists and Key Account teams. A biomedical engineering degree and 2–4 years of field service experience are required; English level

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on field service engineering experience.
English proficiency at least B2 to support international certifications and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and troubleshoot high‑complexity diagnostic equipment.
Execute scheduled installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective service.
Diagnose electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Application Specialists and Key Account teams for a superior customer experience.
Participate in international technical training programs to expand capabilities.
