Agilent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Morelia to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and support for chromatography systems. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year experience with HPLC systems, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time while maintaining strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Located in Morelia, MX.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Mexican passport and U.S. Visa.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation of customer systems.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications systems, operating systems, and application software, in accordance with established designs and specifications.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance practices, system configurations, and operational best practices that enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to provide effective customer solutions.
