Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer Chromatography to support customers in Morelia and northern Mexico. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at client sites, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of systems.

The role requires travel and strong collaboration with internal teams. The position emphasizes hands-on service, customer-focused problem solving, and the ability to train end users

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation of customer systems.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals and software, in accordance with designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective customer solutions.
