Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Field Team Leader Coordinator to guide field operations leadership and teams across our data collection activities, ensuring compliance with global standards and timely delivery of results.

You will oversee data collection methods, monitor quality, and drive improvements in KPIs while managing resources and providing field training to auditors. Flexible work environment offered with focus on performance and cost leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of work experience leading teams, ideally in a market research field force.
• Proficiency in operational metrics and data-driven methodologies.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with analytical/AI tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.
• Training in problem analysis and problem-solving methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma/8D).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and manage data collection across teams.
• Ensure adherence to global methodologies and standards.
• Reinforce field policies and procedures within the area.
• Monitor data collection quality using analytics tools.
• Initiate corrective actions to restore data quality as needed.
• Collaborate with Field Team Leaders to improve KPIs and activities.
• Ensure panel health aligns with Data Science requirements.
• Work with retailers to secure cooperation when needed.
• Deliver timely reports and assessments.
• Develop and optimize HR, including field training.
• Meet KPIs on finance, budget, productivity, and quality targets.
• Coach Field Team Leaders and auditors to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure adequate resources for business requirements.
• Own Travel & Expenses for the region; analyze variances monthly.
