Haskell is seeking a Field Kick-Off Coordinator to coordinate meetings with project teams and ensure all pre-start deliverables are completed, including safety plans, permits, and baseline schedules. You will verify resources, updated information, and access to sites, supporting smooth project startups.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction or project coordination, a degree in a related field, and strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Project and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project management, or operational coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred in a global environment).
• Experience with MS Project and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and facilitate Field Kick-Off meetings with project teams.
• Ensure all pre-start deliverables are complete: contract documents, safety plans, permits/licenses, baseline schedule.
• Confirm field teams have required resources and updated technical information.
• Ensure access to systems and job site; follow up on critical items before startup.
• Align engineering, safety, procurement, operations; document agreements and risks.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of the startup process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
