Midea LATAM North is seeking a Field Force Trade Manager to lead and manage commercial trade marketing strategies across all channels, including retail partners, aiming to achieve sales and channel expansion goals.

You will oversee the budget, promotions, negotiations with retail chains, and execution of campaigns; monitor KPIs and coordinate promoter agencies, ensuring correct promotions and optimal share of shelf.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience and supervisory experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the trade marketing budget and strategy.
• Oversee promotion agencies and negotiate with retail chains.
• Win exhibition spaces and optimize share of shelf.
• Execute trade marketing campaigns and analyze KPIs.
• Coordinate promoters and agency administration.
• Plan and coordinate POS activations and trade shows.
• Monitor promotions, ensure correct application, and train promoters.
