Overview

Join Capgemini as a Contingent Workforce Management Analyst. We are looking for a professional that keeps the engine running for a large contingent workforce across a major insurer and thrives at the intersection of technology and talent.

What you'll do

• Support the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) program, ensuring smooth operations across contractors, freelancers, vendors, and service providers
• Collaborate closely with partners like KellyOCG and systems like Beeline (VMS) and SAP
• Own and troubleshoot critical integrations—from timecard workflows to SOW tracking and ID provisioning
• Analyze and report on key metrics to continuously improve performance and compliance

Requirements

• Your tech & problem-solving skills matter
• Strong knowledge of API functionality and data integrations
• Experience working with Beeline, SAP, or similar enterprise tools
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics
• Sharp diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in complex technical environments
