Capgemini is seeking a Capital Modeling Specialist to provide expertise in capital management, including internal capital models. The role involves forecasting and stress testing surplus, creating capital allocation processes, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in actuarial science, fluency in English, and experience in capital modeling and financial analysis.

Formación

Minimum 2-5 years experience in capital modeling.
5-10 years of financial analysis experience.
Fluency in English is required.

Base pay range

$1.00/yr - $1.00/yr

As a Capital Modeling Specialist, you'll provide the technical expertise to support the capital management framework including its capital models and other technical tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the enterprise capital modeling including an internal stochastic capital model as well as rating agency and regulatory capital models
Responsible for forecasting, scenario testing and stress testing surplus and capital adequacy
Develop and maintain other capital management tools and processes including capital allocation
Run ad-hoc analyses to support capital management requests and recommendations
Maintain documentation of all capital management processes and tools

Requirements

Required Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science

Total Work Experience

Minimum Required: 2-5 capital modeling
Minimum Required: 5-10 financial analysis experience

English Proficiency

Minimum Required: Fluent

Additional Qualification:

Command of one or more programming languages including Python/R/SQL/SAS required
Expertise in Excel required. Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Knowledge of capital modeling software preferred
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Passion for continuous learning
