The role involves performing impact analysis, conducting application testing, and liaising between business units and IT teams. Base pay range

Performs basic impact analysis for business and system changes/enhancements
Develops fundamental business requirements by analyzing current and future states
Conducts application testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
Acts as a liaison between business units and the IT team
Uses knowledge of customer goals, processes, and products to provide sound recommendations
Supports tasks or subprojects affecting one or multiple business and IT departments
Conducts quality reviews on project deliverables
Helps prioritize work requests
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT or correlate areas
Experience with Functional testing of web-based application
Experience within finance, product, sales, service and/or systems required
Focus on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validating the system against business needs
Experience with Rally for tracking tests and KPIs
Fluent in English
