Amazon is seeking a dedicated FBA On Site Coordinator in Mexico to own the seller-facing workflow components within the FBA Ops team. You will identify blockers across inbound inventory, escalations, and related metrics to improve inventory management and delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller’s defects.
• Understand drivers, impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
