Amazon is seeking an On Site Coordinator to own operations metrics for the FBA Ops team serving 3P sellers in Mexico. You will identify blockers in shipping inventory, analyze return metrics, and help resolve escalations to maintain optimal inbound operations and inventory accuracy.
The role requires coordinating with program teams, translating data into actionable insights, and automating weekly reporting to scale performance. Fluency in English and flexibility across shifts are essential.

The FBA Ops team owns the seller facing workflow components and back-end services that productize supply chain capabilities and capture their inputs in user-friendly and intuitive ways regarding shipment delivery to Amazon MX FCs, pre-received catalog/shipment errors where FBA OPS team create and handle escalation tickets for proper inventory management.
As FBA On Site Coordinator, you will identify blockers from a) shipping inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network, b) stranded inventory inquiries associated to IDQ and Compliance, c) removals escalation cases, d) analyze all the return metrics, troubleshoot all the deviations on the value chain such as DNR, Switcheroos, wrong item sent (WIS), damaged during transit (DDT) and wrong fault owner assignee and e) Missing from inbound reimbursement cases to determine top offenders, gaps in inbound operations to locate missing inventory.
