The LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee daily operations across buildings, utilities and maintenance activities within our production environment. The role connects closely with manufacturing, engineering, project teams and global partners. Together, you’ll build, rebuild and inspire continuous improvement by balancing day‑to‑day operational needs with longer‑term maintenance priorities.
This position is based in Monterrey (LOM). Relocation support isn’t offered for this role.
