1002 LEGO Operac. MX, SA de CV is seeking a maintenance operations supervisor based in Monterrey to oversee facilities, equipment and building maintenance. You will coordinate preventive and corrective plans, manage budgets and spare parts, and guide teams to drive continuous improvement.

Supervise daily operations across facilities, equipment, utilities and building maintenance activities. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans while supporting budget and spare parts control. Guide teams maintaining HVAC, compressed air, water treatment and building management systems. Partner with project managers, shift leaders and technicians to ensure smooth operations. Develop colleagues through coaching, feedback, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in maintenance and installation of HVAC and utility systems. Comfortable leading maintenance activities, budgets, inventories and operational planning. Knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements, applicable standards and safety practices. English communication skills.
This position is based in Monterrey (LOM). Relocation support isn't offered for this role.
